If somebody made it
Someone will mess it up

i honestly loved your article. i found out i was bipolar a year or two back and my art has definitly been a sort of therapy. its interesting how many people who have mental illnesses and mood disorders find a way to cope through art. funny enough i picked up knitting while in a manic episode and i've noticed that the repeativeness of it can help me calm down.

i was rereading your article and you mentioned a chatroom at the end? i couldn't find a link but i was interested in it.

you'll have to excuse me if i ramble ... i really liked it. ^_^

Thank you for your reply!
I meant the chatrooms on here :), but if you're interested, the NSHN have an "inofficial" chatroom, called Silent Voice. If you go to the NSHN forum homepage and search for "Silent Voice", you'll be able to find it, as well as instructions on how to join.
